2. Remove the
electric box.
●Disconnect internal and
external connecting lines of the
electric box.
●Protect the internal parts
during the disassembly.
3. Disassemble the
heat exchanging
board.
●Heat the connecting pipes of
the heat exchanging board by
acetylene welding and then
remove the pipes.
Note: Avoid nearby parts from
being burnt during welding. The
joints of the board must be
welded with copper plated steel.
Ensure welding quality.
4. Remove the heat
exchanging board.
●Unscrew the support of the
heat exchanging board, and
remove the support and board.
5. Install a new heat
exchanging board.
●Screw the support of the heat
exchanging board and fix the
board onto the chassis.
●Put the heat exchanging board
based on the position of the
suction and discharge pipes and
weld the pipes with the heat
exchanging board.
●During welding, charge
nitrogen into the pipes. The
pressure should be controlled
within 0.5±0.1 kgf/cm2 (relative
pressure).
Note: Avoid nearby parts from
being burnt during welding.
