Qualification requirement fo r installation and maintenance man

au tho rita tive o rganization and th e q u a lific ation fo r dealing w ith th e re frige ration syste m recognized by th is in dustry. If it needs
oth e r tec hn ician to m aintain and re pair the appliance, the y sh ou ld be supervised by th e person w h o bears the q u alifica tio n fo r
using th e fla m m able refrigerant.
• It can o n ly be repaired by the m ethod sugg ested by the equ ipm e nt's m anufacturer.
Installation notes
•T h e air c o n d itio n e r is no t allowed to use in a room th a t has run ning fire (such as fire s ou rce ,w orking coal gas ware,
operatin g heater).
• It is not allow ed to d rill hole o r burn the co nn ec tion pipe.
•T h e air c o n d itio n e r m u st be in stalled in a room th a t is la rger than the m in im um room area.

Welding
• If you sh ou ld c u t o r w eld th e refrigera nt system pipes in the process o f m aintain ing , please fo llo w th e steps as below:
a. S hu t dow n the u nit and c u t pow e r su pp ly
b. E lim inate th e refrigeran t
c. Vacuum ing
d. Clean it w ith N2 gas
e. Cutting o r w elding
f. C arry back to the se rvice sp o t fo r w elding
• Make sure th a t there is n 't any naked flam e near th e o u tle t o f the vacuum pum p and it's w ell-ventila ted .
•T he re frig eran t sho uld be recycled in to the specialized storage tank.
Filling the refrigerant
• Use th e refrigera nt fillin g appliances specialized fo r R32. Make sure th a t d iffere nt kinds o f re frige rant w o n 't con ta m ina te w ith
each other.
•T he re frig eran t tan k sho uld be kept u p righ t at th e tim e o f fillin g refrigerant.
•S tic k th e label on th e system after fillin g is finishe d (o r h aven 't finish ed).
• D on 't o ve rfillin g .
•A fte r fillin g is finish e d, please d o th e leakage detectio n before tes t run ning ; an oth er tim e o f leak d etection shou ld be done
when it's rem oved.

• Please use the fla m m able gas d etec tor to che ck before unload and open th e container.
•N o fire so urce and sm o king.
•A c c o rd in g to the local rules and laws.
