PROPER CIRCUIT PROTECTION. YOUR HEDGE TRIMMER IS WIRED AT THE FACTORY
FOR 120V OPERATION. CONNECT TO A 120V, 15A CIRCUIT AND USE A 15A TIME-
DELAYED FUSE OR CIRCUIT BREAKER. TO AVOID SHOCK OR FIRE IF THE POWER CORD
IS WORN, CUT OR DAMAGED IN ANY WAY, REPLACE IT IMMEDIATELY.
DOUBLE INSULATED (See Figure 1.)
This hedge trimmer has a plug that looks like the one shown in Fig. 1. The hedge trimmer is
double insulated to provide a double thickness of insulation between you and the tool’s electrical
system. All exposed metal parts are isolated from the internal metal motor components with
protective insulation.
