• Use this page as a guide in order to identify slopes that cannot be mowed safely.
• DO NOT USE the lawn mower on these slopes.
• SIGHT AND HOLD THIS EDGE LEVEL WITH A VERTICAL TREE.
• FOLD ON THE DOTTED LINE. THIS REPRESENTS A SLOPE OF 15°.
W A R N I N G
Do not mow a slope that has an angle greater than 15° (a rise of approximately 2 1/2’ [0.75 m]
every 10’ [3 m]). Mow across the face of a slope, and never up and down.
