  Your GreenWorks Lawn Mower might not be starting due to several reasons. First, check if the extension cord is properly connected to both the mower plug and a live 120V AC, 60 HZ AC receptacle. Use the cord retainer to keep the cord close to the motor/blade control. Also, check if the circuit breaker on the mower has tripped and, if so, push to reset it. If none of these steps work, the motor control switch may be defective and should be replaced by an authorized service center.
