What to do if my Grizzly Dust Collector doesn't start or the breaker trips?

If your Grizzly Dust Collector doesn't start or the breaker trips, several issues could be the cause. First, check if the disabling key is installed. Next, ensure the wall fuse or circuit breaker isn't blown or tripped, and that the circuit size is suitable. Also, confirm the power supply is switched ON and has the correct voltage. Inspect the wiring for breaks or corrosion and repair or replace as needed. The motor ON/OFF switch or the motor itself might be faulty and need replacement or repair.

Why is my Grizzly G0710 vibrating or making noise?

      Holly TurnerAug 10, 2025
If your Grizzly Dust Collector is vibrating or operating noisily, several factors could be responsible. Start by inspecting for loose components or a loose motor mount, and tighten or replace them as necessary. Check if the machine is correctly mounted to the wall and tighten or replace the mounting hardware. If the motor fan is rubbing on the fan cover, replace the dented fan cover or the loose/damaged fan. Finally, test the motor bearings by rotating the shaft; grinding or a loose shaft indicates bearing replacement is needed.
