Connect the connector from the charging stations cable
to the connector on the power cable.
Connect the power cable to a suitable outdoor socket.
Once the charging station is correctly positioned, secure
it to the ground by knocking the 4 metal pegs through
the mounting holes in the charging stations base plate
using a hammer.
Take care not to hit, stretch or break the boundary cable
when you knock the metal pegs in.
Installation is now complete.
You can see on the indicator light on the charging
station if you have made the connection correctly, or if
not what the problem is.

O The charging station is not plugged
in.
Lights up
green (symbol

The boundary cable is connected
correctly, the robot lawnmower
is ready and the battery is fully
charged.
Flashes green
(symbol 2+3)
There is a break in the boundary
cable.
The ends of the boundary cable are
connected the wrong way around on
the charging station.
Correct the error.
Lights up red
(symbol 4)
The battery is charging.
Flashes green
and red
alternately
Maintenance charging of battery
(trickle charging).
Note! In the event of a boundary cable signal error
If the robot lawnmower displays the message Boundary
Error (models 17941 and 17947), or if the error indicator
light ashes red (model 17940), there is a boundary
cable signal error:

been used.

the charging station and measure the resistance
of the boundary cable using a multimeter. A new
boundary cable has a resistance of about 2 Ohm per
100 metres.
If the boundary cable’s resistance measures more
than 8-10 Ohm, the robot lawnmower will display a
boundary cable signal error.

remove the ends of the real boundary cable from the

Correct the error or replace the boundary cable.
