can’t charge
1. The charging cable and the mains interface are not plugged
in properly.
Double check that the interface of the charging cable is in good
contact.
2.Whether the mains input overload button has popped up.
Press the protect button back.
3.There is nothing wrong with the above, but you also can’t
charge.

INFINITY 1300
can’t be loaded
1.The device and INFINITY 1300 cable are not plugged in
properly.
Check if the connection is active, keep the connection fit tightly.
2.Output port switch not turned on.
Turn on the DC or AC output switch, there will be beeps and
indicators to remind you.
3.battery too low.
Charge the INFINITY 1300.
4.Whether the instantaneous start-up power of the equipment
is greater than that of the INFINITY1300 rated.
Choose the product rated power bigger.
5.There is nothing wrong with the above.
