If your Growatt INFINITY 1300 Power Pack won't load, first ensure the connection between the device and the INFINITY 1300 is secure. If the connection is active and tight, check whether you have turned on the DC or AC output switch. You should hear beeps and see indicators. Also, make sure the INFINITY 1300 is sufficiently charged. If the issue persists, the instantaneous start-up power of the equipment might be greater than the INFINITY 1300's rated power, in which case you should choose a product with a bigger rated power.
