5. Upgrading the firmware
The firmware package is downloaded from Grundfos Technical
Information found on Insite under "Toolbox".
1. Go to Grundfos Insite and select "Toolbox".
2. Select "GTI - Grundfos Technical information".
3. Select "Service Support Tools".
4. Select the CUE firmware.
5. Copy the files to a USB stick.
