Before requesting service please check the troubleshooting guide in the
Operating Instructions booklet, as a charge may be levied where no fault
is found, and even though your product may still be under guarantee.
After arranging service the area around the product must be easily ac-
cessible to the Engineer, without the need for cabinets or furniture to be
removed or moved.
It is your responsibility to ensure our Engineers have a clean and safe
environment to carry out any repairs.
Please have your Model number and Serial number available when you
call us, as you may be required to input your serial number into your
telephone keypad during your call.

If you have purchased an extended guarantee please refer to the instruc-
