Chainstay Protector
On mountain or road bikes, the chainstay
protector is a clear, adhesive film applied to the
upper surface of the right chainstay. This
protector can prevent damage to the chainstay
caused by the chain.

On mountain bikes, a wrap-around or snap on
type protector (1) can be installed as additional
protection.
