For ACW, DCW tests. Shown when the current
is set too high.
Voltage is too low or there is no High Voltage
output. Indicates that the DUT could be
shorted.
For ACW, DCW tests. Indicates that an
abnormal voltage has been detected.
For GB tests. Voltage is equal to 0. Check to
see that the SENSE H or SOURCE H is not
open.
For IR tests. The voltage is too high or
resistance=0Ω. Check to see whether the DUT
or test lead is shorting.
For GB tests. The resistance is too high.
For GB tests. Current too low. Indicates that
the SOURCE L or SOURCE H test lead is open
or poorly connected. Test the test lead
connection with the DUT to confirm.
For GB tests. Current is too high.
For GB tests. Resistance = 0. This error
indicates that there is an error with the
measured resistance (0Ω). Perform the zeroing
function again.
