Why is the welding wire speed not constant on my GYS Multi PEARL 200-2?

If the welding wire speed isn't consistent in your GYS Welding System, it might be due to cracklings blocking the opening. Try cleaning out or changing the contact batch and applying an anti-adherence product. Alternatively, the wire might be skidding in the rollers. Check the roller pressure or replace the roller. Also, ensure the wire diameter is compatible with the roller and that the wire guide covering in the torch is correct.
