that it defrosts in a few minutes without altering food properties.

IDEAL FOR: cakes, bread, biscuits, croissants, brioche.
Combines a rst phase of traditional cooking followed by cycles at
varying fan speeds.
Bread

This function allows to cook bread in dierent steps ensuring perfect
cooking results using a convection + fan cycle. We suggest a specif-
ic recipe tested by our Chef to cook a perfect bread (see chapter
“Bread recipe”).
Paella

The easy way to cook paella, adding ingredients at dierent levels to
ensure the best cooking results for each, with a convection and fan
cycle. We suggest a specic recipe tested by our Chef (see chapter

Uses the top and bottom heating elements to warm the oven cavity
very gently, ensuring bread or baked foods rise.
