9-6. poor cooling, big noise
1. Remove the drawer of the freezer compartment and take off the fan cover, push the switch of the
light in freezer compartment to check if the evaporator fan runs normally; otherwise, remove the
back cover of the compressor to check if the condenser fan runs synchronously with the
compressor.
2. If the evaporator fan does not run, remove it and check if the fan connector is properly connected
to the terminals on the refrigerator;
3. If the connector is properly connected, check if the DC voltage between the red and black wires of
the evaporator fan, which should be about 15V; if it is Okay, it can be judged the evaporator fan
failed; if it is not so, check the wires from the fan connector to the main control board. If it
connected well, it can be judged the control panel failed.
4. If the condenser fan does not run, check if the DC voltage at the fan connector, which should be
about 12V; if it is Okay, it can be judged the condenser fan failed; if it is not so, check if the wires
from the fan connector to CON4 terminals of the control panel are in connection. If it is so, it can
be judged the main control board failed.
Solution:
1. If the evaporator fan does not run as normal, it indicates the fan itself is abnormal, please replace
with a new fan. If both the evaporator fan and the condenser fan run normally, check the
refrigeration system to see if refrigerant leakage or system clogging has resulted in poor
refrigeration.
2. If the fan connector is not properly connected, remove it and re-install it.
3. In case of main control board failure, you should replace it; if the fan failed, please replace with a
new fan.
4. If the wires from the fan connector to the control panel are disconnected, check if the circuit outside
main body is disconnected, if so, just repair it;
