3.6 Detailed description of control bits
Bit 0: Manual run to larger values
Bit 1: Manual run to smaller values
Bit 2: Send target value: when transferring a target value with the aid of PDOs,
a positioning run is only started if this bit is set.
Bit 3: reserved, must be set to 0
Bit 4: Release: run commands will only be executed if this bit is set.
This bit must be set for positioning runs and manual runs.
If this bit is deleted during a run, the run will be aborted and status bit 5
(“Run aborted”) will be set.
Bit 5: reserved, must be set to 0
Bit 6: Positioning without loop: If this bit is set, all destinations are approached
directly during positioning travel (without any loop).
Bit 7-12: reserved, must be set to 0
Bit 13: Togglebit
The drive always copies this bit into status word bit 2.
The control unit may recognize when new process data has being
processed.
Bit 14-15: reserved, must be set to 0
