Why is my HAMPTON BAY 1008 633 056 so noisy?
    • M
      Matthew HuynhAug 29, 2025
There are several reasons why your HAMPTON BAY Fan might be noisy: * Ensure all motor housing screws are snug. * Make sure the screws attaching the fan blade bracket to the motor hub are tight. * Verify the wire nut connections aren't rattling against each other or the inside of the switch housing. * Allow a 24-hour "breaking in" period, as most new fan noises disappear then. * If using a light kit, tighten the shade screws and ensure the LED modules are secure. * Confirm the canopy has a small gap and isn't touching the ceiling.
