TROUBLESHOOTING
Release the pressure, switch o the high-pressure washer and pull out the plug before cleaning
and/or maintenance. Refer to the troubleshooting chart below in the event of any problems. The
inspection and repair of electrical components must only be carried out by qualied personnel.
Contact your dealer if you have any problems or questions.
Problem Cause Action
The high-pressure washer
will not start
The plug is not plugged in. Plug in the plug.
The mains outlet has a fuse of less
than 16 A.
Contact and authorised electrician to
replace to a 16 A fuse.
The mains outlet is not supplied with
voltage.
Try another mains outlet.
The fuse has tripped. Switch o any other appliances
connected to the same circuit, and
replace the fuse.
The extension cord is defective. Try without using an extension cord.
The pressure uctuates. The pump sucks air. Check that hoses and connections are
airtight.
The valves are clogged, worn or have
stuck.
Clean and replace, or contact your
dealer.
The pump seals are worn. Clean and replace, or contact your
dealer.
The high-pressure washer
stops.
Incorrect mains voltage. Check that the mains voltage
corresponds to the rated voltage on
the type plate.
The overheating protection has
tripped.
Allow the high-pressure washer to cool
for 5 minutes.
The nozzle is partially blocked. Clean the nozzle.
Pulsating ow. Air in the inlet hose. Press the trigger and allow water to
run out until the normal operating
pressure is restored.
The water supply is inadequate. Check that the water's inlet pressure is
adequate.
The nozzle/water lter is partially
blocked.
Clean the nozzle/water lter.
The hose is bent or clenched. Straighten out the hose.
The high-pressure washer
starts, but no water comes
out
The pump, hoses and/or accessories
are frozen.
Allow the pump, hoses and/or
accessories to thaw out.
No water supply. Connect the water supply.
The nozzle/water lter is blocked. Clean the nozzle/water lter.
