Clean the foreign body on the motor
Clean or replace the bearing

commutator for worn, whether
spring is normal

and firm.
Brush carbon powder on
commutator segment groove and
commutator surface.
Driving system
Check if the steering flexible
Control handle swivel angle
Wheel（Drive wheel, auxiliary wheel, load wheel）
Check for abrasion or cracks
Check for bolt fastening and
re-tighten.
Check if there is foreign body like
rope on the wheel
