6. Troubleshooting
6.1 Possible Problems
If any problems occur in the device, please check the following list before contact your local
Hanil Scientic Inc. partner or Hanil Scientic Inc.
Symptom Recommended Action
Power failure
- Make sure the AC Power cord completely connects the device to the
mains outlet. Check the power switch is on. Refer to [3.1
Switching On
the Device
].
If it still does not work, please replace the fuse by a new one. Refer to
[5.4 Fuse Replacement].
Vacuum failure
- Make sure the silicon packing keeps the right position and normally seals
with no leak.
- Check that the drain valve and other valves are completely
closed.
