You can remove the oven rack guides togeth-
er with the telescopic oven rails if you
need more space in the oven, e.g. when
preparing yeast dough,
want to clean the side walls.
For instructions, see “Cleaning the cooking
compartment” on page EN-20.
External cooling fan/extractor

The external cooling fan cools down the
steam and vapour that exit the oven through
the extraction hood (14) and prevents adjacent
units from becoming too hot.

When you use the function dial (7) or the tem-
perature controller (13), or when you tap on
one of the sensors (8), (9), (11) or (12), you will
hear a signal tone.
Grilling rack, baking tray and
dripping pan

The grill rack (2) has a ridge. It must be insert-
ed with the ridge first so that food does not
touch the back wall of the oven.

The supplied baking tray (3) and the dripping
pan (4) both have an angled edge. Please en-
sure that this edge is facing forward on being
placed in the oven.

The side walls of the cooking compartment
are equipped with oven rack guides (15) with
telescopic oven rails (16). These make it eas-
ier to remove baking trays and the oven rack
from the oven, for example to baste roasts.
