List TX Devices
Display the MIDI output Device IDs in the device
list.
The Device List allows you to
specify friendly names for each
MIDI channel or Device ID, to
help with identifying a source or
destination device in other MIDI
setup screens such as the MIDI
Events list in the Cue List.
