register this restraint to be reached in a recall, and to
be eligible to receive replacement parts while under
warranty.
The model number, serial number and manufacturing
date can be found on a label on the underside of the
child restraint.

your child restraint online, mail-in the registraon
card or send your name, address, the restraint’s model
