Knowing the capacity of the pool is the first step when adding salt to the pool.
Rectangular pool: length (meters) x width (meters) x average depth (meters) = pool water
capacity ( cubic meters)
Round pool: diameter(meter) x diameter(meter) x average depth(meter) x 0.785=pool
water capacity(cubic meters)
Oval pool: length (meters) x width (meters) x average depth (meters) x 0.893= pool water
