Problem solution for the small steering box

Screen does not light up
No voltage present
Verify voltage
Acid pump does not dose
Switch under the dosing pump
is set to "O"
Set switch to "1"
Settings of pH control are wrong
: pH+ while pH- is dosed (or vice
versa)
Verify settings
There is a level detector
connected that gives a wrong
contact
Disconnect level detector
There is a flow siwtch
connected and this indicates
that there is no flow
Verify flow and flow switch (go
to setting flow switch : no)
Acid pump keeps dosing
Setpoint not yet reached
No action required
Wrong parameter set : pH+
while dosing pH- (or vice versa)
Correct parameter.
Relay on printed circuit board
