KG-84 Encryption
KG-84 is used for data only encryption.
Using MS181 SATCOM modulation the radio can support up to 9600 bps on 5
kHz channels and up to 56 kbps on 25 kHz channels.
16 kbps when used with AM or FM modulations in LOS.
Up to 56 kbps in HPW.
The Radio can store 75 KG-84 Traffic Encryption Keys (TEK): 25 each for
VULOS, DAMA, and HPW.
Does not
support OTAR operations!
