Find a clean, level spot for the filter, considering piping and valve accessibility.
Mount the pump with the filter according to manufacturer's instructions.
Add sand to the filter tank after preparing diffuser, air relief tube, and drain plug.
Connect the multi-way valve to the filter tank and install the pressure gauge.
Connect pool pipes and skimmers to the pump and filter valve ports.
Set valve to "Filter" for normal filtration, running 6 to 8 hours daily.
