The circumstances mentioned below do not necessarily mean a failure of product function.
Please check the following solution advice before initiating a request for repair
Symptom Possible Cause / Soluon
No picture / No sound Please cut o the power and restart again.
No signal Please make sure camera is powered and properly connected. Then pair again.
No sound Please check whether volume has been turned on, or is set too high.
Dark picture Please check whether brightness and contrast are adjusted correctly.
No color Please adjust color sengs.
No signal Please connect the monitor rst and select pairing opon, then connect the camera
within the pairing countdown, wait for a few seconds unl the image comes out.
No response when
touching menu buon
Please make sure that only the black wire and red wire is connected
properly at the beginning, then try again.
