What to do if Healthrider HRTL14912 power does not turn on?

  First, ensure the power cord is plugged into a surge suppressor, which is then plugged into a grounded outlet. The treadmill isn't compatible with GFCI outlets. Next, check that the key is fully inserted into the console. Also, inspect the circuit breaker near the power cord; if it's tripped (switch protrudes), wait five minutes, then press the switch back in to reset it. Finally, check that the on/off switch near the power cord is in the 'on' position.

What to do if Healthrider HRTL14912 Treadmill walking belt is off-center?

  If the walking belt is off-center, first remove the key and unplug the power cord. If the belt has shifted left, turn the left rear roller bolt clockwise 1/2 turn with the allen wrench. If it's shifted right, turn the bolt counterclockwise 1/2 turn. Avoid overtightening. Plug the cord back in, insert the key, and run the treadmill for a few minutes. Repeat until centered. If the belt slips, remove the key and unplug the cord. Turn both rear roller bolts clockwise 1/4 turn. You should be able to lift each side of the belt 3-4 inches. Plug in, insert the key, and walk carefully for a few minutes. Repeat until tightened correctly.

How to fix Healthrider Treadmill walking belt slowing down?

  If the walking belt is overtightened, it can decrease treadmill performance and cause damage. To fix this, remove the key and unplug the power cord. Use the included allen wrench to turn both rear roller adjustment bolts counterclockwise 1/4 of a turn. When properly tightened, you should be able to lift the edges of the walking belt 3 to 4 inches off the walking platform. Keep the walking belt centered. Plug in the power cord, insert the key and run the treadmill for a few minutes. Repeat until the walking belt is properly tightened.

Why does my Healthrider HRTL14912 Treadmill power turn off during use?

  The treadmill might be turning off due to a tripped circuit breaker. Check the circuit breaker located near the power cord. If tripped, wait five minutes before resetting it. Also, ensure the power cord is securely plugged in. Try removing and reinserting the key from the console. If the issue persists, unplug the power cord, wait five minutes, then plug it back in. Lastly, verify the on/off switch is in the 'on' position.
