    What to do if my Heat Storm HS–1300-OWO Heater does not blow warm air?

      If your Heat Storm Heater isn't blowing warm air, there are a couple of things to check: * First, make sure the air inlet isn't blocked and the air filter is clean. * Second, the ambient temperature may be higher than the thermostat setting. If neither of those is the issue, disconnect the heater from the wall outlet for two hours, then plug it back in. If the problem continues, contact customer service.

      The heater is working as expected. The first 20 seconds allows the infrared elements to get hot, so that once the fan begins to blow, it will move warm air into the room.
