    • Do not use directly near a bathtub, shower, or swimming pool.
    • Do not use in areas where petrol, paint, or other flammable substances are stored.
    • Not intended for use in bathrooms, laundry areas, and similar indoor locations where it may fall into water.
    • Must maintain minimum distances from combustible materials (furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, curtains) – at least 3 feet (0.9m) from the front and away from the sides.

    • Ensure the power cable does not touch the reflector of the heater or hang into the heated area.
    • Ensure the power cable can reach an indoor socket.
    • Do not twist or bend the power cable.
    • Do not run the cord under carpeting or cover it with throw rugs. Arrange the cord away from traffic areas to prevent tripping.

  • Heating Element Replacement: If the heating element malfunctions and needs replacement, it should only be changed by a service agent.
  • General Service: Any required service other than filter maintenance should only be performed by an authorized service representative. Attempting other repairs by unauthorized personnel will void the warranty.
  • Damaged Cord/Plug: Do not operate the heater with a damaged cord or plug, or if it malfunctions, has been dropped, or damaged in any manner. Return it to an authorized service facility for examination and repair.
  • Repair Attempts: Do not attempt to repair or adjust any electrical or mechanical functions, as this may void the warranty.

Warranty and Returns:

  • Warranty: A 1-year limited warranty covers manufacturing and material defects from the date of purchase, provided the heater is installed and operated according to instructions. The warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original owner who purchased from an authorized supplier. It covers repair or replacement of defective parts, at the manufacturer's discretion. It does not cover installation, labor, transportation, or other related costs. The warranty is void if the heater is subjected to prolonged dampness/condensation, unauthorized alteration, willful abuse, accident, misuse, or if the original receipt of purchase is not available.
  • Return Policy (within 30 days): For purchases made directly from Energy Wise Solutions, a full refund is issued if the merchandise is received in new condition, packed in its original manufacturer's box with all original packaging material, and includes original manuals and accessories.
  • Exchange/Refund/Warranty Claim (after 30 days): The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
  • Customer Service: Contact 435-752-6611 for warranty service. Proof of purchase and a picture of the manufacturer sticker may be requested via email (cs@heatstorm.com). Repairs are prioritized; a new unit is only provided if the heater is not repairable.
