rear

switch
on
the
bracket
by
removing
one
nut
and
one
lockwasher
from
each
mounting
screw.
This
should
leave
one
lockwasher
and
nut
on
each
mounting
screw.
Position
the
movable
wiper
of
this
wafer
as
shown
and
place
a
3/8"
flat
steel
washer
on
each
mounting
screw.

Secure
the
rear
wafer
of
the
switch
to
the
RF
shield.
Use
two
3/8”
steel
flat
washers,
the
clip,
and
the
switch
hardwareat
AE.
Position
the
clip
against
the
switch
shaft
as
shown
in
the
inset
drawing
on
Pictorial
3.
Use
two
3/8”
steel
flat
washers
and
the
switch
hardware
at
AF.
Be
sure
the
notch
of
the
rear
wafer
rotor
is
aligned
with
\
the
notch
of
the
rotors
of
the
other
two
wafers.

Nowtighten
the
control
nut
securing
the
switch
at AK.

solder
lug
at

onthe
RF
shield
with
a6-32
x
1/4”
screw
and
a
6-32
nut.
Position
the
solder
lug
as
shown.

Do
not
overtighten
the
phenolic
spacers
in
the
oe
steps,
as
the
threads
could
strip
out
easily.

spacers
to
the
indicated
side

final
coil

1666).
Use
6-32
X
3/8"
screws
and
3/8"
fiber
flat
washers
as
shown.

to
the
RF
shield
bracket
at
AG.
Use
6-32

3/8”
screws
and

lockwashers.
Be
sure
to
position
the
end
with
the
most
turns
toward
tube
sockets
V1
and
V2.
