C Keep these instruction manual and use them whenever you need more information.
If you don´t understand some of these instructions, contact your dealer. If the product
is lent to another person, it is necessary to lent this instruction manual with it.
TRAINING
C All operating personnel must be adequately trained in the use, operation and
setting and especially familiar with prohibited activities.
• Never use flammable substances on the sprayer. It could be the ignition or even an explosion
and cause serious injury.
• During the filling, using and cleaning of the sprayer always wear suitable protective clothing,
rubber boots, water-proof gloves, fitting glasses, face mask or cap.
• Lubricate the rubber gasket by oil to ensure proper adhesion before first use.
• Tighten all connections before use. Some joints may not be sufficiently tightened and can
lead to seepage or leakage of fluid from the sprayer.
C Before each use, especially before the first use, check the hose clamps tightening. If
they are loose, tighten them.
C BEFORE USE: Lubricate gasket, clean the suction valve and secure vent hole against
the intrusion of dirt.
• In the absence of lubrication and uncleaned suction valve and failure to ensure the vent
hole for access of air to the tank may lead to the damage or break of the tank caused by
the action of the vacuum created by the pump
• Always check your sprayer before and after use. Check that the hose is firmly attached to the sprayer.
Before pressurizing the tank also check if the hose is in good condition and undamaged.
• Check the sprayer before each use if there is some part damaged. Replace damaged parts
immediately by new ones. Use only original spare parts supplied by the manufacturer. Do
not spray the solution in the tank on electrical appliances or in their vicinity.
• Keep people and animals at a safe distance.
• People and animals must not come into contact with the spray.
• Never use a sprayer at adverse weather conditions.
• Before filling, cleaning or preparing the sprayer always release the pressure in the tank.
• Before opening the container with the agent you want to use into the sprayer, carefully read
and study all instructions from the manufacturer stated on the label.
• Don´t use like a contents to the sprayer explosive substances, acid, etching substances,
contaminated fluid and color.
• Product is not determined for the application of pesticides and herbicides.
• In the case of chemical burns immediately remove contaminated clothing, remain in an
upright position, do not consume any fluids or do not induce vomiting, seek professional
treatment immediately.
• Never attempt to pressurize the device by another way than through the pump. Never over-
pressurize the device.
• Do not eat, drink or smoke when using the device.
• Wash your hands and face after use the device.
• Clean and thoroughly rinse the sprayer and its accessories after each use. Chemical residues
could become crystallized and clog the mechanism of the device.
• Do not store pressurized sprayer, or sprayer with the tank filled by chemical solution. Never
overfill the agents intended for the spray to other containers, especially in containers intended
for food. After working with a sprayer heavily dilute remaining spray liquid, f. e. in the ratio
(1 part of spray liquid : 10 parts of diluted liquid).
