OPERATION
1. Thoroughly stir the chemicals to be used, unscrew the tank cap, pour in the product up
to the highest mark (always comply with the precautionary measures and correct dosage
specified by the product manufacturer).
2. Fit the tank cap and screw tight by hand (do not use tools).
3. Strap the backpack sprayer to your back, adjust the length of the carrying straps as required
using the strap adjusters (fig. 6A).
4. Press down the pump lever repeatedly (fig. 7A) (approx. 7-9 times) until it becomes more
difficult to press the lever and you feel resistance.
5. Press the trigger (fig. 8A) on the sprayer handle, the backpack sprayer starts to spraying.
Release the button on the sprayer handle. The backpack sprayer stops spraying.
6. For regular spraying lock the trigger by safety lock (fig. 9A).
7. Adjust the spray pattern of the nozzle by rotating it from a jet to a mist.
SPRAY-HEADS
Choose the different spray-head for spraying correctly. Accompanying with the machine
delivered there are 3 kinds spray heads:
Unscrew the union nut (fig. 10A) of the spray-head, remove the spray-head and attach
the spray-head using the union nut.
Fan style spray (fig. 11A): This sprays evenly and is suitable for spraying on low and short
stalked crops and for the spraying of weedkiller. Keep the spray head stable and spray in
the same direction as the wind.
Conical spray head (fig. 11B): This can be used for spraying pesticide and insecticide, to
prevent diseases and kill insects. Spray in the same direction as the wind in multiple angles.
4 Hole adjustable spray (fig. 11C): This can be used for spraying on the high stalk crops and
fruit trees. lts shortcoming is the serious running off the medicinal liquid.
USING YOUR PRODUCT
• Keep people and animals at a safe distance. People and animals must not come into contact
with the spray. Do not point the pipe in the direction of people or animals.
• Never use a sprayer at adverse weather conditions. Do not use the unit in a windy day or
rainy day to avoid chemical drift.
• Before starting the job, check wind direction. Avoid blowing in the direction of open doors
and windows, cars, pets, children or anything that could be harmed by chemical.
• Dust and mist blowing must be done leewardly. Choose morning or evening when it is not
so windy, and the ground temperature reserves, so as to minimize dispersion Iosses and
enhance chemical adhesion effect and for less hazardous operation.
• Do not use the sprayer if it is frozen.
• This unit will change your equilibrium. Extra precautions should be taken to maintain your
footing and balance.
