TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM PROBABLE CAUSE CORRECTIVE ACTION
The motorbike does
not run
Blown fuse by overloading Replace the blown fuse with a new one.
Loose wires or connectors Check and tight all wires and connectors.
Dead battery An old or unmaintained battery can be dead.
Undercharged battery
Charge the battery according to
the instructions.
Charger is not working
Let the charger being checked, repaired or
replaced by an authorized service center.
Damaged / broken switch or engine
Let it being checked, repaired or replaced by
an authorized service center.
The motorbike starts,
but it stops abruptly
Loose wires or connectors Check and tight all wires and connectors.
Circuit breaker tripped
Circuit breaker may trip and stop the vehicle,
if it is overloaded or the driving conditions
too hard. The breaker will automaticaly reset
after few moments.
Reduced operating
time
Undercharged battery Charge the battery according to
the instructions.
Overcharged battery Let it being checked and replaced by an
authorized service center.
Old battery does not accept full
charge
Replace the battery with a new one.
The motorbike has poor
performance
Undercharged battery Charge the battery according to
the instructions.
