Cause: Error at hardware component.
Response: - Communication is impossible.
Actions: - Restart governor by reset.

Cause: The CAN controller for CAN bus 1 reports errors such as BusStatus,
ErrorStatus or DataOverrun. In spite of re-initializing the controller it is not
possible to eliminate the errors permanently.
Response: - Depending on the specific application.
Action: - Check CAN module.
- Check CAN connection.
