The HXL5
®
Hendrickson Extended-Life 5-year System™
hub assembly (front cover and Figure 1) comes pre-
assembled, adjusted and lubricated from Hendrickson�
Because Hendrickson controls the assembly, internal
cleanliness, bearing adjustment and seal installation
in our facilities, we can offer premium performance
and an extended-service warranty on these wheel-end
assemblies�
The eld serviceable HXL5 wheel-end features
Hendrickson authorized components:
• Ductile iron, aluminum or Dura-Light Hub

premium seal�
• Synthetic semi-uid grease (Chevron Delo
