CUE: inserts a Cue point in the track to identify a
specific instant, or moves the deck playhead to the Cue
point’s position.
− Track paused: inserts a Cue point at the spot where
the track is stopped.
− Track playing: stops playback of the track and
moves the deck playhead to the Cue point.
o In DJUCED
, if no Cue point has been defined,
pressing CUE stops playback and places a Cue
point at the playhead’s location.
o In Serato DJ Lite, if no Cue point has been
defined, pressing CUE stops playback and
places a Cue point at the beginning of the track.
− CUE + PLAY: moves the playhead to the Cue point
and plays the track from that point.
− SHIFT + CUE:
o In DJUCED
: moves the playhead to the start
of the track, and stops playback.
o In Serato DJ Lite: moves the playhead to the
start of the track, and starts playback.
Play/Pause: plays or pauses the track.
− SHIFT + PLAY: in Serato DJ Lite, moves the
playhead to the Cue point and plays the track from
this marker.
