î Make free play (2) adjustments by turning
the adjusting nut (3).
î Apply the brake and check for free wheel
rotation when released.
î Make sure that cut-out on the adjusting nut
is seated on the brake arm pin (4) after
making final free play adjustment.

before brake starts to take hold. Free play
(2) should be 20-30 mm.
