Symbol Mode Description
X Normal Generates a correction with any
detected bark. It does not however
respond to howling.
O Anti-Intruder ™ Generates a normal correction to a
normal bark. But ignores “rapid-bark-
ing” when an intruder or threatening
condition is present.
[] Howl-Prevention Generates correction to any loud noise
– a bark or a howl, or even a car horn.
This mode requires the environment
to be free of loud background sounds.

5) Attaching the Collar to Your Dog
With the probes against the dog’s throat, adjust the collar strap so the
probes are touching the skin with moderate pressure, but not be so
tight as to physically harm the dog’s neck or cause choking. Consult
