If your Hitachi Inverter indicates overcurrent protection, there are several potential solutions: * Check for and eliminate any sharp load fluctuations. * Inspect output connections for short circuits, checking the output cables. * Check for ground faults by examining the output cables and motor. * If the motor deceleration is too rapid, increase the deceleration time. * If the motor acceleration is too rapid, increase the acceleration time. * Verify the motor is not locked, inspecting the motor and wiring. * If the torque boost current is set too high, reduce it. * If the DC braking force is too high, reduce it. * Check the current detector (CT) for normal operation; replace or repair it if necessary.
