10.2 Additional functions by accessory sensor
HITACHI offers to its users the option to add more functions to the inputs from signals coming from some specic
sensors. The conguration for this purpose is explained below:

Function of sensors
Function # Input Description
1 Boiler combination/Two3 This sensor is used in case to combine any YUTAKI M with an external boiler.
2 Swimming pool
When combining YUTAKI with swimming pool, this sensor is used to read the temperature
from the water of the swimming pool.
3 Solar panel sensor
When combining YUTAKI with solar panels, this sensor is used to read the temperature
from the solar panel.

Zone 1 & 2 ambient
sensor
If Aux1 and Aux2 sensors are both connected and enabled at the unit controller
conguration, the detection of ambient temperature value is carried out by these sensors.
The ambient temperature setting for each circuit is set from the unit controller or central
platform. The temperature value detected by each sensor is applied to the corresponding
circuit.
5 Zone 1 ambient sensor
If Aux1 and Aux2 sensors are both connected and enabled at the unit controller
conguration, the detection of ambient temperature value is carried out by these sensors.
The ambient temperature setting for each circuit is set from the unit controller or central
platform. The temperature value detected by each sensor is applied to the circuit 1.
6 Zone 2 ambient sensor
If Aux1 and Aux2 sensors are both connected and enabled at the unit controller
conguration, the detection of ambient temperature value is carried out by these sensors.
The ambient temperature setting for each circuit is set from the unit controller or central
platform. The temperature value detected by each sensor is applied to the circuit 2.
7 Second outdoor ambient
An outside temperature sensor can be directly connected to the controller in case the heat
pump is located in a position not suitable for this measurement.
