The computer inside a RAID storage system that hosts the Device
Manager - Storage Navigator software and is used by service personnel
for configuration and maintenance of the storage system.

A volume that is being used by more than one replication function. For
example, a volume that is the primary volume of a TrueCopy pair and the

Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP)
An industry-standard protocol that is used to manage and monitor
network-attached devices for conditions that warrant administrative
attention. The devices can include disk devices, routers, and hubs. SNMP
uses Simple Gateway Management Protocol (SGMP) to manage TCP/IP
gateways.
