If your Hitachi Excavator has insufficient power in all actuators, it could be due to insufficient engine power, so inspect and repair the engine. An excessively worn hydraulic pump could also be the cause, so replace it. Main relief valve failure is another possibility; re-adjust the pressure setting or replace the valve. Low hydraulic oil can cause this issue, so add hydraulic oil. Finally, a suction filter restriction could be the problem, so clean or replace it.
