Batteries
•
Pleaseobservethebatterymanufacturer’soperatinginstructions.
• Theacidinthebatteryispoisonousandcorrosive.Avoid
contactwitheyesandskin.
• Thecompletelydischargedbatterymustberechargedforat
least10hours.Thebatterymaybedamagedifithasbeen
dischargedformorethan8weeks.
• Avoidtotaldischargesincethissignicantlyreducestheper-
formancecapacityandservicelifeofthebatteries.
• AGMbatteriesdonotrequiremaintenance,buttheydoneeda
constantcharge.
• Checkthattheclampshavebeenproperlyttedand,ifneces-
sary,removeanylayersofoxide.
• Unclampthenegativeterminaliftheancillarybatteryisnot
beingusedforalongperiodoftime(morethan1-2months).
Evenifthebatterycircuitbreakerisinterrupted,thebatterywill
stillbeweakenedbyself-discharge.

(topreventshortcircuitswhenturningonthemotor).
Battery charger

• ThechargerfunctionsinaccordancewithIU0U1charging
technology.
• Inthecaseofmisusetheguaranteeandmanufacturer’sliability
willnolongerapply.
• Donotpluguptheventilationandensurethatyouhaveade-
quateventilation.
Tank probes
• Toavoidincrustations,particularlyinthewastewatertank,
neverletthewaterinthetanksstandfortoolong.Flushthe
tanksregularly.
230 V automatic circuit breaker
• Toswitchoffthepowersupplyfortheentiresystemsetthe
mainswitchto“0”(OFF).
• Onlyconnectanddisconnectthesystemtothe230Vexternal
mainswhenthemainswitchisturnedoff.
Fuses
• Onlyreplacedefectivefusesafterthecauseofthedefecthas
beenremediedbyaprofessionalelectrician.
• Thenewfusemusthavethesameamperageastheoldone.
