11. Remove the wheel and tyre
from the tyre tray.

12. Undo the jack package nut (I).
13. Remove the jack package
cover ( J).
14. Remove the tools (wheel
wrench, jack and nut cap tool
(for vehicles with nut caps)).
See Tools on page 10‑35.
15. If a centre cap is fitted that
covers the wheel nuts, remove
it using the wheel wrench.
If individual wheel nut caps are
fitted, remove each nut cap
individually using the nut cap
tool. Insert the nut cap tool into
the nut cavity, squeeze the tool
to grasp the nut cap, and pull
outwards to remove it.
16. Loosen the wheel nuts in an
anticlockwise direction, one
half to a full turn, but do not
remove the wheel nuts.

CAUTION
Ensure the wrench i s fully
unfolded.
