Kitchen Cart Assembly Instructions

Attach Casters to Base

Attaches 4 casters to the base part (J) using specified wood screws.

Attach Back Pieces and Front Rails

Attaches back pieces (F) to middle panels (C, D) and front rails (I) to middle panels (C, D).

Attach Unit to Base

Attaches the main unit assembly to the base (J) using head cap bolts.

Attach Back and Side Panels

Slides back panels (E) and attaches back stretcher (G), front piece (H), and side panel (B).

Attach Side Racks and Pipes

Attaches side racks (Q, P) and slides base rack (R) and pipes (S) into place.

Attach Handle Arms and Round Arm

Assembles handle arms (L) to side panel (B) and slides round arm (M) into place.

Insert Adjustable Pins and Shelves

Inserts adjustable pins and slides shelves (K) into the side and middle panels.

Cover Holes with Wood Plugs

Covers all exposed screw holes with wood plugs for a finished look.

Drawer (T) Assembly

Assemble Drawer Sides and Front/Back

Attaches front part (T1) and back part (T2) to side parts (T3, T4) using wood screws.

Insert Drawer Base

Slides the drawer base part (T5) into the grooves of the drawer sides.

Secure Drawer Base

Inserts short wood screws into pre-drilled holes in the drawer base (T5) to secure it.

Attach Drawer Pull Handle

Assembles the pull handle to the drawer front part (T1) using machine screws.

Drawer (U) Assembly

Assemble Drawer Sides and Front/Back

Attaches front part (U1) and back part (U2) to side parts (U3, U4) using wood screws.

Insert Drawer Base

Slides the drawer base part (U5) into the grooves of the drawer sides.

Secure Drawer Base

Inserts short wood screws into pre-drilled holes in the drawer base (U5) to secure it.

Attach Drawer Pull Handle

Assembles the pull handle to the drawer front part (U1) using machine screws.
