CYLINDER, PISTON ROD
1) Hold the valve body in a vise with shop towel or soft
jaws as shown.
CAUTION:
Take care not to tighten the vise too tight as it
damages the valve body.
2) Hold the piston rod and remove the upper joint metal.
Clean of locking agent from the threaded points of
the piston rod.
