Function Keys
Using the Color Camera
1. Tap > Demos > Camera Demo .
2. Point the camera lens at the object you want to capture. The camera lens
is located on the back panel of the terminal.
3. Center the object in the touch screen display.
4. Press the ENT key or tap Snap on the touch screen. The general
notification LED illuminates red during picture capture.
Note: Tap the green arrow
to review or edit your pictures.
Tap the green box to exit the picture review/edit screen.
Key Function
Activates the scan and wakes the terminal from
Suspend Mode. The key location allows convenient one-
handed image-taking and/or bar code decoding.
Answers a phone call or initiates a phone call.
Ends and diconnects a phone call.

Turns the keyboard backlight ON or OFF.
Note: On terminals equipped with the 30-Key Numeric
(Calculator) Keyboard, the blue modifier key must
be pressed before the backlight key.

Turns the flashlight on or off.
